Returns & Refunds – Sheepskin Products
At Exmoor Sheepskins, we pride ourselves on supplying genuine natural sheepskin products. As sheepskin is a natural material, variations in colour, tone, texture, pile depth and exact size are inherent characteristics and are not considered defects.

Colours and shading may vary from product images.

Each sheepskin is unique in tone and texture.
For this reason, we do not accept exchanges or returns due to natural colour, shade, pattern or size variations. By purchasing, it is assumed the buyer understands and accepts these natural characteristics.
Colour Migration
Some dyed sheepskins may experience colour migration or transfer, particularly in certain environments or when placed on light fabrics. Exmoor Sheepskins accepts no liability for colour migration, and customers are assumed to be aware of this possibility before purchase.
Faulty or Damaged Items (UK Consumer Law)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights.
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, you are entitled to:

A full refund within 30 days of receipt, or

A repair or replacement where appropriate.
Any fault must not be due to misuse, normal wear and tear, improper care, or the natural characteristics outlined above.
If you believe your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us promptly with photographic evidence and your order details so we can resolve the matter quickly.
